At our store, we use high-quality sourced olive wood for our custom cutting boards. Before engraving, each board is thoroughly inspected and sanded to ensure a smooth surface. A high-quality food-grade mineral oil finish is applied to each board so that it is ready to use immediately upon delivery.

Please note that every cutting board is unique since they are made from different types of wood. Therefore, slight color variations may occur, resulting in engraving that appears lighter or darker than the listing photo.

We provide a small care instruction card with all of our orders. To maintain the quality of the cutting board, do NOT put it in the dishwasher or submerge it in water. Hand wash the board and dry it immediately.

We recommend that you do not cut on the engraved side of the board, which is the display side. If you purchase a juice groove board, please note that our designs are engraved on the juice groove side unless you clearly request otherwise in the “Notes to Seller” section.
